Receber, registrar e processar as consultas, reclamações, denúncias, sugestões e elogios provenientes de demandas espontâneas emanadas da sociedade;
Analisar, investigar, de forma independente e crítica, as consultas, reclamações, denúncias, sugestões ou elogios recebidos de pessoas devidamente identificadas, e encaminhar o resultado de sua análise à Diretoria do Gammon.
